Your name and contact details (email address, phone number, postal address) when you contact us, volunteer, or request a Diabetes Essential Pack;
Information about your family's connection to diabetes or coeliac disease, only where you choose to share it so we can provide appropriate support;
Records of your interactions with us, such as emails and event registrations.

We do not collect sensitive health information unless you volunteer it to help us support you, and we treat any such information with additional care.

2. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you — for example, when you email us, complete the contact form on this website (which sends via your own email application), volunteer at an event, or interact with our social media pages.

This website is a static informational site. It does not use accounts, logins or payment processing, and does not itself store form submissions.

To respond to your enquiries and provide support services;
To coordinate volunteers and community events;
To deliver Diabetes Essential Packs to families who request them;
To send updates about our activities where you have asked to receive them;
To comply with our legal and reporting obligations as a registered charity.
